Cross stitch
I fell in love with cross stitch while living in Thailand and for my mom’s 50th I purchased one of her favorite pictures in a cross stitch. I now have been working on it for 2 years and is just about half way finished. (It’s a very big one!)

Arts
I enjoy many different forms of art; painting (oil, acrylic, water), drawing, origami (stars are my specialty), roses out of coffee filters just to name a few.

Sewing
Although it’s a very slow developing hobby I am getting more into it (more in spurts than full time).

Tennis
It is a newly developed hobby since being married but now I believe I like it more than my husband. (I mean more than HE likes tennis :).

Swimming
I love going to the pool and doing laps, makes me feel free and energetic (as well as light weight).

Suduko
I have enquired a new found skill, after the long flight to and from Thailand I have become very skilled in “The puzzle craze that’s taking the world by storm!” (that’s what the cover of the book say’s).

Growing Watermelon
Six little watermelon plants are growing taller and taller everyday in my living room window. I love watermelon and so therefore decided to grow my own! Wish me luck on getting any fruit though.
